1929 Uncle Sam’s 3-Coin Cash Register Bank, Black
This bank is the second generation Uncle Sam’s 3-Coin Cash
Register Bank. Made in the 1920’s. Manufacture date 1929, Stamped “F.H. 29”.
Made in the USA “Cleveland, Ohio” by the Durable Toy and Novelty Company. It
has the Pin-stripe design outlining the sides of the coin bank. The 3 manufacturing
notches in the front above the door and the hole for rolled paper money on the
bottom are an indication of the 1920’s manufacturing.

NOTE: The cents wheel registers the coins .05 to .95 BUT the
Dollars wheel does not register. The bank will only register up to 0.95 cents
and then go back to 0.00 on the next coin. The door locks on first coin and
opens up at “0.00”. The bell works OK.
