Thank you for your interest in our equipment. Kurtz Trading strives to offer quality used equipment at reasonable prices. We thoroughly inspect all of our equipment to ensure all functions operate as they should, all fluids are at the proper levels, and that there are no major mechanical issues. We operate the equipment for 20-30 minutes to ensure the equipment operates properly under a load. Used equipment conditions vary, so we strongly advise you communicate directly with us about the item you are interested in. This allows us the opportunity to describe the equipment in detail, answer any questions you have, and ensure you are getting what you expect. We provide pictures and a video for each item, but will be happy to provide any additional photos you may need.
Equipment That is Coming In Soon!
Items listed as Coming in Soon were either purchased by us or traded in to us, and we have not yet transported it to our facility. Once the item arrives and has been inspected by our shop we will post pictures and a video. We will be able to answer most questions about the item, but cannot guaranty details until we have received and inspected the item.

All of our attachments are tested to ensure their functionality and overall condition. We encourage you to call and confirm the attachments compatibility to your specific equipment. We provide pictures and, if applicable, a video for each attachment, but will be happy to provide any additional photos you may need.

NEW SALES TAX POLICY
Beginning January 1st, 2020
Due to the South Dakota v. Wayfair Supreme Court Ruling, Kurtz Trading will be implementing the following sales tax policies as required by law.  If you or your business is Tax Exempt, you will be required to provide the appropriate paperwork prior to the release of the purchased item.
Payments Made Directly
to Kurtz Trading
-All sales are subject to Sales Tax in the Following States:
IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, NC,
NJ, OH, PA, SC, VA, WV
-Sales in which the purchased item is Picked Up by the Purchaser at our location in PA that sale will be charged PA sales tax regardless of the State in which you reside.
-Sales in which the Purchaser or Kurtz Trading arranges Delivery of the purchased item to one of the States listed above that

will be charged sales tax in the State you reside.
Payments for Purchases made through PayPal or any
eBay offered payment options outside of
direct payment to Kurtz Trading
-Sales Tax will be collected based on the policies enforced by eBay, PayPal, etc.  Kurtz Trading is not liable or responsible for the collecting or reporting of the sales tax.
-Sales not initially taxed and collected by eBay, PayPal, etc. may still be subject to sales tax.
Examples
-Purchaser lives in SC and personally picks up the purchased item. PA sales tax will charged.
-Purchaser live in SC and has the purchased item delivered to SC. SC sales tax will be charged.
-Purchaser lives in GA and personally picks up the purchased item. PA sales tax will be charged.
-Purchaser lives in GA and has the purchased item delivered to GA. No sales tax will be charged.
