These work with the aluminum frame support
for the Vietnam era Alice Packs or rucksack and on up to mid to late 90’s.
They feature five cargo strap slots. These
are New Unissued U.S.surplus. These can be used with any of the US Alice pack
frames that are riveted.
Also great for
carrying, ammo can, jerry can, sleeping bag, bed roll, a radio and much more! (

It also helps support your pack when it is
placed on the ground in a standing position
