This unit is complete, clean and is in very good/excellent condition.
All logos are in good to excellent condition with very little if any fading of the Campbell colors.
The unit has both heating cups intact along with the element plugs. The inside of the cups are a bit rough and exhibit some degree of mild corrosion but could be cleaned with appropriate materials. Both cups appear to be polished stainless or perhaps chrome or nickel-plated. The outside of the cups are in good to fair condition – see photos.
The unit has an integral can opener mounted on the right-side. It can be detached for cleaning. The opener is in excellent condition and appears to be chrome plated.
The main body of the unit appears to be brushed stainless-steel. It is in good to excellent condition with no dents or corrosion. The side rails on the unit are chrome plated and exhibit some very minor pitting on the chrome. The red heating element knobs are intact, with no cracks and considering the manufacture date, they may be constructed of Bakelite. The rheostats on both knobs turn freely with no resistance. As I am not familiar with the operation of the unit, I do not know if the knobs perform a timer function or warm to hot positioning.
I have NOT tested this unit due to the condition
of the
cord. The outer insulation on the cord is rubber and is very brittle. Thismay also indicate the insulation on the individual conductors may be brittle
as well
. The plug on the cord may or may not be original.
