Item condition: Any open box item could either be complete or incomplete. It is very hard sometimes as a seller to ensure that everything is there. Please check the pictures. Everything that is included in the listing will be included in the picture. If you ever have a question as to what comes with my listing, look at the pictures. If their is a question about what should be included, please send me a message or do a google search to see. I do my best to ensure you are given the best information possible, and the easiest way to do that sometimes is to take very good pictures of what you are getting. Sometimes if their is multiple quantity, the picture could be used for demonstration. Open box could be a brand new item, or an item that was damaged or returned or has missing parts. We do our best to label everything as such, but some things get missed or overlooked. I cannot be responsible if you buy something and is missing a part when we had every opportunity to see that before hand. Pricing: As you know, as the supply and demand for products rise and fall, prices also change. We do our best to price everything accordingly, and sometimes the prices that are listed are a place holder for future modification. I do this mostly by myself here on ebay, and it takes alot of time, so if you ever feel the price is too much, you are always welcome to make an offer.
