I include a full description of every item(s) in the listing, so PLEASE read the entire description carefully.

International sales will be AS-IS.  All sales in the Continental US, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are guaranteed against being Dead on Arrival (DOA).
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/ISSUES
You must contact me within 30 days of receiving an item to initiate a return or exchange.
Free returns if the item is Dead on Arrival (DOA).  Once I receive a returned DOA item, I do inspect/test it to verify it is non-functional before issuing a refund.
