You’ll find this to be a simple yet elegant all velvet rosebud! It measures 1 3/4″ across and 2″ long and has six accompaying velvet leaves included along its paper-wrapped stem. To add just a bit more detail, the inner petals are soft pink with the outer dark blue petals surrounding that center.
It is in very good condition, and is ready for your hat, wedding or hair.
Most of the millinery flowers, leaves, stamens and other millinery items I offer have come to me from the estates of several talented milliners, and are in fabulous condition. If you would like to shape or freshen any vintage millinery flowers a bit, you may hold them over a pan of steamy water for about ten seconds and the petals will allow you to shape them. At times, it is almost like magic!
