All NOS Unopened Games must be returned Unopened in the same condition as was sent.
All Opened and Used Games must be returned with all of the parts that it held when sent.  No parts within the game are to be removed.  Upon return all parts will be counted and examined to ensure that “Swapping Out” has not taken place.  Swapping Out is the practice and crime of buying a game for the express purpose of removing new parts and inserting old, used parts i.e. stained maps, missing rule books and pieces and then returning them as inferior

Paper goods from all categories, specifically vintage sports memorabilia, MAY be marked with non-staining invisible ink to identify the returned item as authentic.
