These two butter pats are from my own collection.
The first is a Royal Daulton British
Airways.
It is white with a mottled blue
pattern border rimmed with gold.
The
stamp on the bottom reads “MADE IN ENGLAND ROYAL DOULTON ENGLAND ENGLISH FINE CHINA
BRITISH AIRWAYS EC. 1074.
It is in
excellent condition with no utensil marks, chips, or damage.
(It’s hard to tell in the photo, but there is
no missing gold in the rim).
It measures
about 3 inches across.
The second pat is
common restaurant ware.
It is off white
with a center rust stripe and outer black stripe.
It is in very good condition with light
utensil marks and minimal wear at the rim.
It is slightly less than 3 inches across.
