For sale is a Sunshine Minting Decoder Lens Card.  This card is used to verify the authenticity of your Sunshine Minting products. When placed over the bullion product the “Valid” Hologram mint mark is revealed.  This sale is for the Decoder Lens Card only and does not include any silver rounds or bars.

Payment
• California residents must pay 7.75% sales tax. For any purchase over $1,500.00 we are not required to charge sales tax for precious metal bullion or collectible coins. If the item is purchased for resale we require a valid California Resale License permit. You must be in the related business to qualify for this tax exemption. No exceptions. Please contact us before making a purchase for resale.
• We only accept PayPal as payment through eBay’s payment system. Through PayPal you may pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal.
• For California resident’s looking to spend over $1500.00, please let us know through eBay messaging, and we will make a special listing that does not charge sales tax. Please verify accuracy of listing before placing the order.
• Payment is due within three days of end of auction. If you are bidding on multiple items you may combine payment. Please request a combined invoice. Items will be shipped together.
• Immediate payment is due via PayPal for all Buy it Now items.
Shipping
• Most Items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking. We may also ship through Fed Ex, or USPS registered mail at our discretion for large or high valued items. All items over $250.00 will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. We can elect to add signature confirmation on any package we feel necessary.
• Shipping within the U.S. is free. Therefore we do not offer discounts on combined shipping orders.We can elect to combine orders for shipping purposes when they are purchased on they same day.
• We will only ship to registered eBay addresses. We cannot ship to an alternate address for any reason. We do not ship to UPS stores or Mail Box Etc. or any non US Mail Services.
• We ship only within the United States. No international shipping available at this time.
• Items are carefully packaged to prevent damage. If you received a damaged package please notify us immediately.
• Items are insured through a 3rd party insurance company on all orders. Our insurance requires all shipments valued over $250.00 to have signature confirmation upon delivery. We may decide to self-insure any order at our discretion.
• Only packages that are lost in transit or damage are covered through insurance. Items are no longer insured if the tracking shows the item has been delivered.
• EBay automatically calculates the estimated shipping time on all orders. Actual shipping times may vary. We strive to ship within one business day of purchases made Monday through Saturday on purchase made before 10 a.m. Pacific Standard time.
• Tracking is automatically uploaded through eBay shipping. It is best to use the USPS website to track your package as their system is the most up to date.
Returns
• Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Item must be free from damage and in most cases original packaging.
• Buyer pays return shipping on all returns unless it can be determined that there was an error in the listing.
• We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and/or charge a restocking fee of 10% on bullion or coin purchase returns.
• A return request must be submitted through eBay at which time a return address will be given to return item.

Stock Photos
• We use stock photos in many of our bullion and coin product listings. Actual item will be of the same quality depicted in the stock photo. All stock photos will be noted in the actual listing.
Errors and Omissions
• We reserve the right to cancel an order when an error in the listing has been made. The price of the item or the availability of the item is subject to change with out notice.
Pre-owned Products
• Except for current year bullion products many of our items have been previously owned and are in used condition. We take several pictures of the items and describe any imperfections. You will receive the item pictured unless noted in the listing. If multiple quantities are available the quality of the item will be similar to the item in the photos.
Returns

• Do you charge Sales Tax?
Only California residents must pay 7.75% sales tax on bullion or collectible coin items less than $1,500.00.
• Can I return my item?
If an item is returnable it will say it in the original listing. Most items have a 14 day return policy. Item must be returned in the same condition as it was received in original packaging.
• What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through the eBay PayPal processing system.
• Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled but you must contact us immediately after purchase through ebay messages and request that your order is cancelled. Multiple cancellations will result in the buyer being blocked from future purchases.
• How do I contact you?
EBay messaging is the best way to contact us. We try to respond within an hour during the week during business hours and within 24 hours on the weekends.
• How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
Shipping is free of charge.
• How and when will my order shipped?
Most items are shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) with tracking at our discretion. Some items may be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS registered Mail. We generally ship within 1 business day of cleared payment.
• Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally at this time.
• Can you combine orders?
Yes, items purchased the same day will be shipped together if purchased before 9 a.m. Pacific Standard time.
• What happens if I do not receive my order?
All items are shipped with tracking. Please check the USPS website for the most updated tracking information. If the item has not had any movement for a few days, please send us a message and we will contact the post office.
• Will you accept a lower price for an item?
Only items with an Or Best Offer (OBO) listing will be considered for a lower price. Please do not send requests for a lower price. We will not respond to these offers.
• Are price adjustments made when the price of silver and gold go down?
The price of gold and silver fluctuates daily. Once a purchase is made the price is locked in at that price. We cannot make a price adjustment after the sale.
• Will you send a package to an alternate address or forward a package if requested?
Items will only be sent to the address given from eBay at the time of purchase. It is up to the buyer at the time of purchase to enter in the correct shipping address. We will not send packages to alternate addresses or forward to an alternate address. If the address is incorrect and the item is returned we will reship the item for the actual cost of shipping. If a refund is wanted we will subtract the actual cost of shipping from the refund amount.
• What if I receive the wrong item?
Please contact us immediately through eBay messaging if you receive the incorrect item and we will work with you to resolve the issue. To verify accuracy all shipments are recorded on digital video surveillance.
