Scott #251.  Used.
Stripping older collections I’ve accumulated.
As pictured.  You get the stamp shown.
If you buy multiple stamps, use eBay’s shopping cart to request an invoice and we will combine shipping.   If you are unable to do this, you can make offers.  When we accept, please wait for me ton invoice you get the right shipping charges.  I monitor my eBay store several times daily.

We  accept PayPal or Managed payments through eBay.
Credit cards may be used when routed through your PayPal account.
Shipping
Generally any stamp order will max out at $3.00 shipping cost.  This covers shipping by 1st class bubble mailer including tracking to US only.  Some cheap stamps will be sent regular 1st class mail and shipping for them will be $1.00 (combined up to 1 ounce regardless of how many stamps) in the US and $1.75 for Canada.  The shipping will be slightly more when the total weight exceeds 1 ounce.
Terms of Sale
I will try to include clear scans or photos of my items.  Identification can be difficult on the early stuff.  Read my descriptions carefully and please ask questions before any purchase.  If I accidentally send the wrong item (not as described) I will refund right away.  Having said all of that, all sales are final.
About Us
Recently retired due to health issues I actively collected stamps from 1958 through 2016.  I am a lifetime member of the Armed Forces Stamp Exchange Club (AFSEC) and acted as the Sales Manager during a few years in the 70’s.  Over the next few years I hope to move the bulk of my collection through here so bookmark me and check back often.
