This listing is for a very nice United States Navy Chief Teleman Bullion Patch, Service Stripes, Collar & Cap Fouled Anchors Framed. The collar anchors look as if they are taped on the back onto the back drop (possible pins have been removed). I did not remove the back of frame (vintage taped). The frame is 9 3/4″ x 12 1/2″ and the front is glass. The Teleman rating was used in the United States Navy from 1948-1956. This will make a nice addition to any collection or displayed on any wall.
