Vintage  Gruen Watches Advertising Clock, Works, Needs Serviced, Please Read.
In very nice vintage condition and displays very nicely.  It works but the second and will fall when it hits about 7 seconds past the hour and after 20 seconds it will start moving again.  The minute hand is also a little loose but it works.  The knob on the back is missing so it’s a challenge to adjust the time manually.
UPDATE:  I have been watching the clock and the second hand has been working correctly and is no longer falling.
