Vibrant colors, legible printed information, Dix stamp, Postal Cancellation, stamp mostly removed. Fading but mostly legible writing. Addressed to Oxford, Mass. Nice details, centered borders. Not used. Dinged/rounded corners, soiling, light stains, crazing, wrinkles, handling, stock darkening to borders. It is at least 104 years old in about fair condition.
