This is Ceres or Demeter, goddess of the harvest, fertility. This Antique Victorian Hand Carved Lava Cameo is a pristine wonderful treasure. The woman has a beautifully carved period Hair style adorned with flowing Grecian gown, jewelry. Very artfully executed!!
Antique Lava Cameos are rare and hard to come by. Just imagine this cameo has been around for over 100 years!
