The plaque is in excellent condition. the plaque looks like a marble design and can be hung up. The back has grooves for the nail to be placed into. The gold plaque has no scratches or marks that I can see. The plastic covers are in good condition, too.
I believe it was the year of 1996 that it was on the market. It was stored for a long time in a smoke fee environment. Thanks for looking.
