We have no control over the pace of the mail. After purchase is made, we ship within 2 days after payment is received (weekends excluded). After item is shipped, it is then in the hands of the shipping service. Please be aware that if you reside outside of the contiguous 48 states of the US that your item could be delayed by the mail system. If you are buying within the contiguous 48 states, there still could be a delay. We are apart of the Global Shipping Program and welcome international buyers. We do not ship internationally unless it is through the GSP.
We do accept returns. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition that you received the item(s). To ensure this, please pack item securely with the same shipping materials that it was originally shipped in. You will be provided a pre-paid shipping label. In order for the label to be valid, please use the same box that the item was sent in (due to weight used to calculate the amount the return label will cost). Buyer pays for return shipping. You will be issued a refund after item is returned and inspected.
